Calling all volunteers to help VAS in Paint Out Bryan 2024 April 12-13. We already have many artists participating in our Plein Air event, but we need help to pull it off. Please sign up on this google document. All volunteers can bring prints & small originals in a box, small stand or basket to sell. VAS gets 20% and will manage all sales and sales tax. Have art & craft supplies, including art books that you no longer need? Donate them to VAS for an art rummage sale at our April 8 meeting. Bring them to the meeting. Attendees can pick out what they want for a donation to VAS. Learn more HERE. My Name is Tracy Farris, and i was born here in Bryan. I’ve shown horses since I was 4-5 yrs old. I started painting when I was 31. I oil paint. I paint only horses, but would like to paint more landscapes and still life. I work for Texas A&M AgriLife Research here in College Station. I love to read and travel. I have a 20 year old daughter who attends Texas Tech in Lubbock. I look forward to painting more and meeting new people who enjoy the arts as much as I do!
