We have listed three local scholarships with March deadlines:
- VAS College Scholarship – The Visual Art Society is offering two $1000 scholarships to high school seniors graduating (by August 2025) from a high school located in Bryan/College Station and who plan a course of study and a career in the visual arts, restricted to painting, drawing, sculpture, printing ceramics, photography, fiberart, digital art etc. Applications are due before 5:00 PM, Monday, March 31, 2025. - The Arts Center of Brazos Valley – Our Arts Center is offering different scholarships: college scholarships and emerging artist scholarships. Their scholarships cover visual arts, dance, music etc. Applications due by 5pm on Friday, March 21, 2025. The application is on the link.
- Benjamin Knox Art Gallery scholarship opportunity – This is a scholarship for artists aged 17-25 to attend the National Plein Air Convention & Expo on May 19-25, 2025 in Lake Tahoe/Reno. Deadline: March 19, 2025. More information on the website.
